cazmap1Options for a Clean Air Zone (CAZ) for Bristol have been published, and a major awareness campaign launched by the Council, but it's not yet clear whether we'll benefit from cleaner air in Bishopston.

The Council are using the new branding "Clean Air for Bristol" for their campaign.

At this stage they emphasise that they are only considering options, and an autumn consultation will follow the awareness campaign before a final decision is made by the end of the year.

The Clean Air Bishopston team has carried out an initial assessment of the possible impact on Bishopston, now published as an element of our new web site section on "CAB".

See this article which includes links to the dedicated web site launched by the council, and a map showing their indicative CAZ boundaries.

REMEMBER!: the Clean Air Bishopston team is small and purely voluntary, wants to do a lot more to enhance this web site and extend our project, but needs YOU!!
