Oct 22nd 2012. The Society considers this to be an excellent application, well considered and suited to the site.
Our only comment is the small amount of external amenity area; 2.5m wide in relation to 21m for the existing house.  We would recommend that this is increased to 3.5m wide in order to provide a more adequate external amenity area, particularly bearing in mind the large amount of garden area available.
