The Bishopston, Redland and Cotham Neighbourhood Partnership are proposing slight changes to the carriageway on Cranbrook Road to support the change of speed limit from 30 mph to 20mph.
These treatment measures have been designed to help reduce speeds as part of the 20mph project. The measures proposed include roundels in the carriageway, realignment of the central line, cycle lanes, removal of road markings, Vehicle Activated Signs and a possible build out on the junction of Upper Cranbrook Road that would allow access to the driveways, incorporate a cycle bypass and dropped kerbs for pedestrians
