Proposal: Alteration to external facade to increase glazed area and internal refurbishment to provide food outlet with seating, creation of additional parking.
The Bishopston Society is concerned about the loss of amenity if the planting and trees to the northern boundary are removed to increase car parking.
This will destroy the softening of the petrol station building and will destroy the screening to the adjacent gardens of the properties in Berkeley Road.
We recommend refusal.

The application was granted, subject to conditions, on 6 June 2016.
We are pleased to say that the trees to the rear have been listed, and that the green planted buffer will remain.
