149 Longmead Avenue (16/02753/HX)  -  Notification of prior approval for the erection of a single storey rear extension that would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 3 metres, have a maximum height of 3.45 metres and have eaves that are 3 metres high.

26 Berkshire Road (16/02593/HX)  -  Notification of prior approval for the erection of a single storey rear extension that would extend beyond the rear wall of the original house by 6 metres, have a maximum height of 4 metres and have eaves that are 2.6 metres high.

202 Bishop Road (16/02234/H)  -  Removal of existing detached garage, 2 storey side extension with integral garage and single storey rear extension.
