Comments: We have no objection to this application from the planning point of view, primarily because it has no adverse impact to the street elevation and no impact to the amenity of neighbours at the rear. However, we would question the logic of carrying out so much building work to create one additional bedroom whilst at the same time leaving the ground floor as a somewhat confused arrangement with what is effectively an internal living room.
